  • 2 Piece Ramen Noodles Packs (without seasoning)
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Piece Small Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 Piece Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger (grated)
  • 2 Tablespoon Red Curry Paste
  • 1 Can Coconut Milk
  • 2 Cup Vegetable or Chicken Broth
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 Cup Mixed Vegetables (according to your choice)
  • Cooked Tofu, Chicken, or Shrimp
  • Fresh Cilantro
  • Lime Wedges
