The University Grants Commission, the body that charged with coordination, determination and maintenance of standards of higher education in India has come out with a new draft titled 'curriculum and credit framework for four-year undergraduate programme. this draft is prepared in accordance with the National education Policy 2020 which states that students will be awarded an undergraduate honours degree only after completing a four year graduation course.
