Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s tryst with the Cannes Film Festival began with “Devdas” in the year 2002 and she completed 15 years of going to the prestigious film fest last year. And as the Cannes queen is all set to walk the prestigious red carpet for the 16th year of her association at the 70th edition of the French Rivera, we bring to you all her looks from the past 15 years that will make every Aish fans nostalgic!

For the 'Sarbjit' screening, she did a floral embroidered Rami Kadi Couture gown. This was the gown with which she wore purple lips and rest is history! The lady is all set to walk the red carpet of Cannes 2017 which is starting from tommorow(May 17th) till May 27th and we just can't wait to watch the diva dazzling on the red carpet once agian!

Last year's Cannes red carpet was all about Aishwarya from her viral purple lips, to a gold embellished Ali Younes gown that had a gorgeous train,the Bachchan bahu nailed all her looks in 2016, her 15th year in the Cannes .Bringing Elli Saab back, Aish picked a blush pink embellished Elie Saab Couture gown with a stunning neckpiece.

Aish again ruled the red carpet in the year 2015.From her teal blue Elie Saab gown to the stunning Ralph and Russo both her looks received a thumbs up from her critics!

This was Aishwarya's one of the best red carpet appearances till date.She literally took our breath away in a glamorous, strapless, golden gown by Roberto Cavalli her bold red lip and the diva hair was all so captivating! She again opted for a Cavalli number, a beautiful ivory embellished gown for her second appearance

In the year 2013 Aishwarya returned back to the red carpet shedding a few pounds of her baby fat. She impressed us in her one-shoulder teal Gucci Premiere gown followed by her black and grey Elie Saab couture and finally in Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla floor-length Anarkali with colourful heavy embroidery

Aishwarya faced a lot of criticism once again in the year 2012.She once again opted to wear Elie Saab. She looked gorgeous in the embellished midnight blue gown. Love how it gave her a defined waist. Her second look was a white embroidered Abu-Jani and Sandeep Khosla, saree with an elaborate jacket blouse.

Aishwarya's Elie Saab one-shouldered peplum gown was an instant hit at the event. In another of her appearances that year, she flaunted her curves in a geometric Armani Prive dress with smokey eyes.

Aishwarya raised the glamour quotient in a Giorgio Armani Prive black evening gown at the 2010 red carpet followed by a violet blue fully embroidered tulle and mousseline gown from Elie Saab her pink gown was also a winner!

She looked like a Cannes veteran this year as she walked the red carpet , on day 1 chose a floor-sweeping Roberto Cavalli strapless white gown & on day 2 she looked stunning in a grey Elie Saab one-shoulder gown

It was the year of Bachchans as Aishwarya walked the red carpet not with hubby Abhishek by her side but also with father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan & mom-in-law Jaya. In her three different red carpet appearances Aish's fuschia Cavalli number was most appreciated

Aishwarya became Mrs Bachchan in the year 2007 and introduced her husband Abhishek to the world as she walked hand-in-hand with him dressed in a white off-shoulder gown

After three continuous fails on the red carpet, former beauty queen Aishwarya finally managed to turn heads in the year 2005. In her two red carpet appearances, the diva wowed us with her choices this time.She first walked in a printed dress by Giorgio Armani, for her second red carpet outing, she opted for a black Gucci gown which had a plunging neckline!

Ditching her previous two desi looks in the year Aishwarya opted for a bolder outfit in her third year at the Cannes Film Festival, walking the red carpet for L'oreal Paris for the first time she opted for a revealing Neeta Lulla gown which didn't go well with her!Alas! The gown became one of her most criticised outfits of till date.

In the year 2006, Aishwarya Rai proved that she is a fashionista as well & got a thumbs up for her navy blue strapless gown with a snake like neck-piece. This look is regarded as one of her best red carpet appearances till date.

She face a lot of criticism in the year 2013, her second outing at the Cannes which she attended as a jury member. Aishwarya was quite the disaster on the red carpet as she walked in a neon green Neeta Lulla sari with her hair tied in a bun. This look is still considered as Aish's worst look at the red carpet!

For her debut at the Cannes Film Festival, in the year 2002, Aishwarya wore a bright yellow Neeta Lulla sari for the premiere of her film 'Devdas'. She walked the red carpet with all poise & elegance & her traditional look got a thumbs up from everyone!
