The Paragon Restaurant in Kozhikode secured the 11th position in the list. the restaurant began its journey in 1939 under the visionary leadership of Govindan Panhikeyil along with his son P.M Valsan who opened the first Paragon restaurant in Calicut, Kerala, India. Tunday Kababi secured the 12th position in the list released by Taste Atlas. Tunday Kababi, known for is succulent kababs received this ranking because of its famous dish Galouti Kabab. Established in 1905 in the crisscrossed lanes of Chowk area by Haji Murad Ali where it is still today, the best part of the restaurant is that the food still has the original taste and flavour of its kababs. Peter Cat restaurant in Kolkata has been selected as one of the most legendary restaurants in the world by Taste Atlas. Established in 1975, the iconic Kolkata eatery has secured the 17th position among the top 150 legendary restaurants globally. Chelo Kebab, one of the popular dishes of the restaurant, for which the restaurant has received the ranking, consists of rice, butter, and a number of chicken and mutton kebabs. Amrik Sukhdev, the famous Dhaba in Murthal was a simple roadside food shop that has evolved into a must-visit site for travellers along the Delhi-Ambala highway. Ranked 23rd in the list of legendary restaurants in the world by Atlas, aloo paratha, which is a stuffed Indian bread filled with spicy potatoes and served with liberal amounts of butter and fresh pickles, is the restaurant's signature dish. According to the official website of MTR, these steamed semolina cakes are made with a mix of yoghurt, coriander, cashew nuts, curry leaves and mustard seeds.
