The Paragon Restaurant in Kozhikode secured the 11th position in the list. the restaurant began its journey in 1939 under the visionary leadership of Govindan Panhikeyil along with his son P.M Valsan who opened the first Paragon restaurant in Calicut, Kerala, India. According to the official website of MTR, these steamed semolina cakes are made with a mix of yoghurt, coriander, cashew nuts, curry leaves and mustard seeds.
