Post which, he took a break from work and was stationed in London wherehe underwent treatment for neuroendocrine cancer. After treatment, he finally returned to India in Fenruary 2019. World Cancer Day 2020 is being observed on Tuesday (February 4)  with the theme 'I am and I will' which represents an empowering call-to-action urging personal commitment. It also represents the power of action taken now to have a positive impact on the future. This theme has been proposed for the next three years.
