The Archies: Khushi Kapoor, Agastya Nanda, Suhana Khan And Others Reunite For Song Release

The entire cast of 'The Archies', including Khushi Kapoor, Agastya Nanda, Suhana Khan, came together for an event as the first song from their film was released on Thursday.

Agastya Nanda, Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor, Vedang Raina, Mihir Ahuja, Dot and Yuvraj Menda attended the event.

Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti were also seen and they posed with the cast.

Directed by Zoya Akhtar, 'The Archies' is a coming-of-age musical film that will be released on Netflix on December 7.

Khushi, who attended the event wearing white tube bell dress, spoke about the time when she got a call from Zoya Akhtar for the film.

“When I got the call from Zoya saying that I've been chosen for the film, I was with a friend, and as soon as I cut the call, she gave me a tight hug, and I started bawling, crying because it was truly such a special moment," she said.

Speaking about the camaraderie on the set and the bond the cast shares, Khushi shared, "We have all been there for each other from the beginning, and we all have individual relationships. It felt like one big school trip, where we were going to each other's rooms, making Maggi and popcorn. I felt really lucky to have true friends through the process who could talk to each other through all of it."

In the film, Agastya Nanda plays Archie Andrews, Khushi Kapoor is Betty Cooper, Suhana Khan is Veronica, Mihir Ahuja is Jughead, Reggie Mantle is portrayed by Vedang Raina, Yuvraj Menda will play Dilton Doiley and Dot plays Ethel Muggs. (All images: Manav Manglani)
