An unusual video has come up from the German capital, Berlin in which one can see large congregation of people who identify themselves as 'dogs', at the Berlin Potsdamer Platz railway station. About 1,000 people had gathered wearing masks and were barking and howling as if mimicking dogs. The video of the event, since being posted online has gone viral and has garnered mixed reactions from social media users.

Recently, a Japanese man named Toco, who spent over Rs 11.5 lakhs to transform himself into a dog, released a video of his first public appearance after he finally stepped outdoors in his collie costume.
In the video shared on YouTube, Toco, appearing to be of the Collie breed, is seen being taken out for a walk with a leash around the neck. The human-dog sniffs other dogs in the park and rolls around on the floor just like animals do.
