US Woman Sets On Fire Boyfriend's House After Another Woman Answers Call

In a shocking incident, a woman in the United States set her boyfriend’s house on fire after another woman picked up his phone to answer the call. In a Facebook post, the Bexar County Sheriff's Office said th23-year-old...at the owner of the home reported that 23-year-old Senaida Soto, who was reportedly in a romantic relationship with a family member of the homeowner, broke into his house and set it on fire after she had just stolen several items from home.
The woman later turned out to be a relative of the boyfriend. Soto had FaceTimed her boyfriend when another woman answered his phone. She was arrested yesterday, around 2:30 pm, for Burglary Habitation- Force, 2nd-degree felony, and Arson, 1st-degree felony.
According to the post, Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, Lytle Fire Department, and Bexar County Fire Marshal’s Office responded to an arson call in the 16000 block of Shepherd Rd on November 20, 2022, at around 1:45 am. According to the post, Soto became upset that another woman answered her boyfriend’s phone. She went to her boyfriend’s house, and that is when she lit the couch in the living room on fire.
A video of the incident was recorded while the house was set on fire. The visual showed her set the couch on fire which spread further, causing the home to go up in flames, with over $50,000 worth of damages. Soto also reportedly texted the boyfriend while the house was on fire and said “I hope your house is okay”. The Fire Marshall’s Office helped BCSO with the arson investigation and BCSO issued two warrants for the arrest of Senaida Soto.
