South Africa Woman Sets New Guinness World Record By Giving Birth To 10 Babies At A Time

Gosiame Thamara Sithole of South Africa has set a new world record by giving birth to 10 babies at the same time. She reportedly gave birth to seven boys and three girls. The record was previously held by Halima Cisse of Mali, who gave birth to nine babies in May.
This came as a surprise to Gosiame, as doctors had told her she was expecting six children. Later on, the scans revealed having eight children. Both these speculations were wrong as Gosiame Thamara Sithole eventually conceive 10 children. This has set a new Guinness Book Record.
The South African woman belongs to Thembisa in the City of Ekurhuleni. She underwent a C-section. The delivery took place at a hospital in the city of Pretoria.
There was a concern at the time of delivery but all the 10 babies were kept in incubators for a few days and then the babies were taken home. The father, Teboho Tsotetsi was extremely happy as all of his 10 babies survived.
Gosiame Thamara Sithole already has two kids aged six.
