VIRAL SACH: Mamta Banerjee govt giving 5 days holiday for Eid in West Bengal?
The viral post accuses Mamata Banerjee government of making West Bengal an “Islamic State”.
NEW DELHI: A viral post is circulating on social media sites where it is claimed that the West Bengal government is giving five days leave during for Eid.
The viral photograph is shared with a post which accuses the Mamata Banerjee-led government of turning West Bengal into an “Islamic State”.
Not only the circular includes the name of the officer but it also shows a signature of a government official on the notice. A government logo is also used on the viral document. Image: @RightistNo1/ Twitter The viral notice says: "In order to celebrate Eid festival, which falls on 12 June to 15 June, 2018, in a befitting manner, the Governor is pleased to declare State Government holiday on 12 to 15 June, 2018, in addition to 16 June, 2018 which has already been notified as a public holiday."
