New Delhi: Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav and senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Saturday launched a scathing attack at the ruling BJP during a joint rally of the opposition I.N.D.I.A bloc in Uttar Pradesh's Amroha. In a dig at the BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Akhilesh Yadav said, "Those who gave 'Jumla' are now giving guarantees... These are not their guarantees but 'Ghanti'. We don't want their guarantee. We want the guarantee of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar's Constitution. The guarantee of the Constitution will give us rights and respect. The election of 2024 is for our future as well as the coming generation's future", as per ANI.

Akhilesh further issued a scathing rebuke to the BJP, "We can see that Danish Ali will register a historic win here (Amroha). I have always said that the wind from the west will clean away the BJP not only in Uttar Pradesh but across the nation", reported PTI.
