Union Minister Prahlad Patel Injured In Car Accident In MP's Chhindwara, 1 Dead
Union Minister Prahlad Patel suffered minor injuries as a result of an accident involving his vehicle in poll-bound Madhya Pradesh's Chhindwara
Union Minister Prahlad Patel's car was involved in an accident earlier on Tuesday in poll-bound Madhya Pradesh's Chhindwara, resulting in a man's death while three others were injured. Prahlad Patel, a prominent spokesperson for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the party's candidate from Narasinghpur, met with the accident while traveling from Chhindwara to Narasinghpur, near Amarwara. Reports suggest that the incident occurred when his vehicle collided with motorcyclists who were coming from the wrong side of the road.

The injured individuals from the accident were promptly taken to a nearby hospital for medical attention. Union Minister Prahlad Patel, also a BJP candidate from Narsinghpur, also suffered minor injuries as a result of the accident, news agency PTI reported.
Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Chhindwara Sudhir Jain informed that "One person died, three people were injured in the accident. The deceased is named Niranjan, he is about 35 years old. The injured include his two children, Sanskar and Nikhil, while one other is wounded. The injured have been referred to Nagpur Medical College."

The deceased is said to be a teacher, while the injured are identified as Nikhil Nirajan (7 years old), Sanskar Nirajan (10 years old), and Jatin Basant Chandravanshi (17 years old). In addition to Prahlad Patel, his APS Aditya was also among those injured in the road accident, according to local inputs.
It is reported that the deceased teacher was riding a motorcycle with school children, and the car veered off the road and entered a field. The airbags in the car deployed.
All the injured individuals have been admitted to the district hospital for medical treatment, with BJP candidate Vivek Banti Sahu also visiting to check on their condition.
