Republic Day 2022: Which Was The Best R-Day Tableau? You Can Vote On This Govt Website

The last date to vote for your favourite tableau is January 31, till 11:45 PM IST. 

New Delhi: One of the main attractions of the Republic Day parade every year remains the display of tableaux from dfferent states and departments. On Wednesday, as many as 12 states and union territories and nine central ministries and departments participated in the Republic Day Parade on Rajpath in New Delhi.

For the first time, people can vote for their favourite tableaux at the Republic Day Parade, after registering on mygov.in.

To vote for your favourite tableau, follow these steps:

  • Visit the website mygov.in 
  • On the homepage, click the ‘Poll & Survey’ option. 
  • Click on ‘Vote for your favorite Tableau at Republic Day 2022’
  • A new page will open which will display the list of all the tableaux of Ministries, States and Union Territories and Marching contingents. 
  • To participate, you can either log in through your email address or mobile number, or social media accounts like Facebook, Twitter, Google, LinkedIn or GitHub.
  • Another way to participate is to scan the QR code beside every list of tableaux and send an SMS at 7738299899 in this syntax - MYGOVPOLL<space> 328971 <space> Choice Number .

The last date to vote is January 31, till 11:45 pm IST. 

The ministries and establishments that took part in the parade this year included Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Law and Justice, Indian Navy, and DRDO, among others. The states and UTs whose tablaux were given the go ahead this time included poll-bound Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, and Goa. 

The selection of the tableaux, from all the entries sent by states, UTs and departments, is done by the Ministry of Defence.
