Along with the throwback video, Gandhi shared a picture of her daughter, now a smiling a teenager dressed in jeans, a blue top and colourful sneakers.
The post has collected over 50,000 likes since being shared.
Meanwhile, Raihan also wished his sister and shared a picture on Instagram of them smiling for the camera.
“Happy Birthday mini! Always be free like the ocean. All my love always,” he wrote.
