PM Narendra Modi to inaugurate, lay foundation stone of several projects in Greater Noida tomorrow
The fully-elevated Noida City Centre-Noida Electronic City section consists of six stations -- Sector 34, Sector 52, Sector 61, Sector 59, Sector 62 and Noida Electronic City.
Modi will inaugurate the 6.6-km Noida City Centre-Noida Electronic City section.
He will launch various development projects at Pt. Deendayal Upadhyaya Institute of Archaeology in Greater Noida.
On Saturday, PM will also lay the foundation stone of two thermal Power Plants.
NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday will be in Uttar Pradesh to inaugurate several projects. Modi will inaugurate the 6.6-km Noida City Centre-Noida Electronic City section, an extension of the Delhi Metro's Blue Line. The fully-elevated Noida City Centre-Noida Electronic City section consists of six stations -- Sector 34, Sector 52, Sector 61, Sector 59, Sector 62 and Noida Electronic City. On the same day, the Prime Minister is also likely to inaugurate the 9.4-km-long Dilshad Garden-New Bus Adda section, an extension of the Red Line.
Narendra Modi will visit Greater Noida in Uttar Pradesh where he will launch various development projects at Pt. Deendayal Upadhyaya Institute of Archaeology in Greater Noida. Modi will unveil a plaque to mark the inauguration of Pt. Deendayal Upadhyaya Institute of Archaeology. He will unveil the statue of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya at the campus.
PM will also lay the foundation stone of two thermal Power Plants. One of them is 1320 MW Super Thermal Power Project at Khurja, in District Bulandshahar of Uttar Pradesh. The Khurja plant is expected to transform the power deficit situation of Northern Region, particularly Uttar Pradesh and will benefit states like Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh and Delhi.
The second thermal power plant is the 1320 MW Thermal Power Plant at Buxar in Bihar. The Buxar thermal Power plant will be launched through video link. The Buxar Thermal Power Plant will be equipped with latest emission control technology to protect the environment and has high efficiency. The Buxar plant is expected to transform the power deficit situation in Bihar and the Eastern region.
