Pakistani journalist reports from inside Edhi's grave, draws flak on social media

NEW DELHI: A Pakistani news channel faced backlash on social media on Saturday for airing a news package of its reporter from inside the grave where Pakistan's legendary social worker, humanitarian Abdul Sattar Edhi would be laid to rest. Twitter users immediately pounced on Express News for its "extremely insensitive" and "disrespecful" broadcast towards Edhi.

"I am NOT putting the TV on today. I just respect Edhi too much to see him being desecrated by rabid media," wrote a Twitter user on micro-blogging website.
