Reliance To Bear Cost Of Covid-19 Vaccination Of All Its Employees & Family Members. Read Nita Ambani's Mail

Stating that the health of the employees and their family is the responsibility of the company the letter read "Reliance will bear the full cost of vaccination, for you, your spouse, your parents and vaccine eligible-children."

Mumbai: Nita M Ambani, philanthropist, chairperson and founder of the Reliance Foundation announced the Reliance will bear the cost of vaccines for all of its employees and their families. 

In a copy of the mail accessed by ABP news, it said "Mukesh and I had personally assured you that as soon as any approved Covid vaccine is available in India, we will do our best to plan early vaccination for all Reliance employees and family members."

Stating that the health of the employees and their family is the responsibility of the company the letter read "Reliance will bear the full cost of vaccination, for you, your spouse, your  parents and vaccine eligible-children."

Urging the employees to get themselves & their family members registered, she added, "With your support, we will soon be able to put the pandemic behind us. Until then do not let your guard down. Continue to take the utmost safety and hygiene precautions. We are in the last stages of the collective battle. Together we must win and we will win."

She also urged her employees to follow "utmost safety and hygiene precautions" and "not to let their guard down until then".

In the Reliance Family Day 2020 message, chairman and managing director Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani had given assurances that as soon as any approved vaccine is available in India. 

The government on March 1st 2021, started the second phase of the Corona vaccination drive in which, people over the age of 60 and those over the age of 45 suffering from comorbidities. Under the largest vaccination drive, the health ministry urged the states/UTs to utilise 100% capacities of all private hospitals under the said category to enable them to effectively function as vaccination centres.
