Ahead Of 100th Episode, BJP Targets 4 Lakh Venues For People To Listen To Mann Ki Baat: Report

New Delhi: The BJP is putting in a lot of effort to make the 100th episode of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's radio show "Mann ki Baat" an "unprecedented" mass outreach program. It plans to set up facilities for people to listen to it at 100 venues on average in every assembly constituency across the country, reported news agency PTI. Prime Minister Narendra Modi's radio programme ‘Mann Ki Baat’ is set to complete its 100th episode this Sunday, the government has requested citizens to send suggestions and ideas on how to celebrate the 100th episode of the monthly radio program.

According to BJP sources, the party will arrange for people to hear Modi's speech at approximately four lakh locations, including abroad. Party president J P Nadda will oversee the entire process to ensure that it is a "historic" success.

In order to ensure that the radio broadcast reaches as many people as possible, the party's overseas divisions and a number of non-political organizations have also been brought on board.

They stated that arrangements have been made for eminent citizens to listen to the program in every Raj Bhawan, the official residences of governors, and the homes of chief ministers from the BJP or its allies.

Padma awardees from all states have been welcome to go to the occasions at Raj Bhavans, they said.

Nadda and other senior party leaders will hold a number of videoconferences to oversee the process, which will be overseen by BJP MPs and MLAs in their respective constituencies.
