Janardhan Bhoir, besides being a farmer, is also a real estate businessman and he recently extended his focus on the dairy business. For this new field, he finds himself needing to travel from one part of the country to another, and to make this convenient, he has bought a helicopter worth a whopping Rs 30 crore.
Talking to media persons, he said he travels to Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Gujarat and to look after his dairy business and farming, he made the purchase.
He also revealed that he is arranging for a helipad to be constructed with a protective wall, on a 2.5-acre land, along with a garage for the helicopter, a pilot room, and a technician room.
The helicopter will be delivered to him on March 15.
People may wonder how a farmer/real estate businessman able to afford this luxurious purchase and set up. Bhiwandi is said to host several warehouses of major companies and these fetch good rates for their owners. The area even though in a rural setting has residents living in significant wealth as high-end luxury cars are also said to be a common sight.
