International Flight Operations To And From India To Remain Suspended Till July 15
The notice further mentioned that International scheduled flights may be allowed on selected routes by the competent authority on case to case basis.
New Delhi: With a continuous surge in the number of Coronavirus cases in the country, the Central government has further delayed the resumption of International flights. As per the latest orders from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), all the scheduled International commercial passenger services to and from India will remain suspended till July 15. In the official notice released today, DGCA said, "scheduled International commercial passenger services to/from India shall remain suspended till 2359 hrs IST of 15th July, 2020."
However, these restrictions shall not apply to international all-cargo operations and flights specially approved by DGCA.

All the commercial passenger flights in India had remained suspended since March 25, when Prime Minister Narendra Modi imposed a nationwide lockdown to control the transmision of Coronavirus in India. Ministry of Civil Aviation had resumed limited operations of domestic passenger services in India from may 25, almost after two months of suspension because of lockdown. While commencing the domestic flights, Union Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri had said that the ministry will decide on starting international flights in July after examining the Coronavirus situation. Though there are no plans to restart international flight yet, the Health Ministry had lat month itself issued guidelines for international arrivals, saying that before boarding, all travellers will have to sign an undertaking that they would undergo 14 day-quarantine period after landing in India. "Before boarding, all travellers shall give an undertaking that they would undergo mandatory quarantine for 14 days - 7 days paid institutional quarantine at their own cost, followed by 7 days isolation at home with self-monitoring of health," the guidelines said. Guidelines also mentioned that only the asymptomatic people will be allowed to board or come through land borders while those found with COVID symptoms during screening shall be immediately isolated and taken to medical facility as per health protocol.
