Police have finally caught the two suspects, and a case has been filed at the Nadiad Town Police Station under the SC-ST (Prevention of Atrocities Act). Manish Dhangar, a bank employee who works at the Nadiad-Kapadwanj branch's loan desk, has been identified.
The victim stated in his police report that a client by the name of Samarth Brahmbhatt came up to his desk at the branch and started attacking him.

In his complaint, Dhangar said, "On Friday afternoon, a customer named Samarth Brahmbhatt reached the branch and started beating me. He slapped me three to four times, and even kicked me. When the other staff tried to intervene, Samarth's friend Parth, who was accompanying him, kicked me," quoted by IANS.
Dhangar said that the accused Samarth, who had taken out a loan from the bank, was mad at him and the bank because he kept having to show a copy of his home insurance policy. Dhangar claimed that Samarth made a phone threat to him that he would not submit the insurance policy.
Samarth failed to submit a copy of his house insurance policy, which the bank required because his house was not mortgaged with the bank, during the audit by the bank.
