Mumbai: The Mumbai Police is known to craft witty tweets to send out their messages loud and clear. In the same spirit, they used footballer Cristiano Ronaldo joining Manchester United as a way to remind people to wear their masks every time they step out.

People seem to enjoy Mumbai Police's tweets as most of the reactions were encouraging of Mumbai Police of keeping up with the times. The Twitter page has been one of the most active for using puns and wit they make sure their message gets across. 

Manchester United on Friday confirmed five-time Ballon d'Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo has successfully completed a stunning return to the Premier League club after telling Juventus that he wants to leave. As per reports, Ronaldo had agreed on a transfer fee in the region of €15 million, plus €8 million in add-ons with Juventus.

Serie A club Juventus manager Max Allegri on Friday had confirmed that Ronaldo was not interested in continuing his association with Serie A club Juventus.

The upcoming Premier League season is probably going to be one of the most competitive seasons of all time. Ronaldo, for an international break, has decided to stay in Portugal and afterward will travel to Manchester.
