BRICS 2016 LIVE: Heavy fog delays Russian President Vladimir Putin's arrival in Goa

New Delhi: The 2016 BRICS summit is being held in Goa and  the heads of state or heads of government of the five member states Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa are attending it. The summit is being held on Saturday and Sunday in which India is seeking to further isolate Pakistan on terror. On Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will meet Russian President Vladimir Putin. He will also meet Chinese President Xi Jinping, South African President Jacob Zuma and Brazilian President Michel Temer for bilateral interactions.
