Arrested NCP Minister Nawab Malik Admitted To JJ Hospital In Mumbai
Nawab Malik has been arrested ED in connection with Dawood Ibrahim's money laundering case.
Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader, Nawab Malik has been admitted to JJ Hospital in Mumbai for medical treatment, ANI reported. The leader was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Wednesday in connection to a money laundering case. He will be in ED's custody till March 3.
Malik's office also confirmed the news on Twitter.
Some reports also said that Malik was taken to JJ hospital for a general check-up, but the doctors said that the minister will have to be admitted.

Nawab Malik has been arrested ED in connection with Dawood Ibrahim's money laundering case.
The ED on Wednesday questioned Minority Affairs Minister Malik in a money-laundering probe linked to the activities of the Mumbai underworld, officials said.
The NCP leader arrived at the ED office and the agency is recording his statement under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), they added.
