Farmers Protest In London Becomes Stage For Anti-India Separatists; Several Arrested
Meanwhile, lakhs of farmers from across India are stationed in the Indian national capital to hold a protest against the three farm bills.
Farmers' Protest: Scotland Yard has reportedly made a number of arrests after it warned of enforcement action ahead of thousands of protesters from different parts of the UK gathering outside the Indian High Commission in central London on Sunday, as a show of support for farmers demonstrating against agricultural reforms in India.
It later appeared that the protesters who gathered in thousands were led by anti-India separatist elements.

News agency ANI had posted a video where the London police could be seen up on toes to protect the officials outside the Indian High Commission located on Aldwych, a major artery in the centre of the British capital. Reuters reported that a huge crowd of demonstrators marched around the Trafalgar Square area to protest against the Indian government
This has come just a few days after 36 Members of Parliament of UK wrote to that country's Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab seeking an intervention of the government on the farmers' issue in India.
Anti-India separatists involved:
It soon became clear that the gathering was led by anti-India separatists who had taken the opportunity of the protests in India to ostensibly back the farmers in India but use the opportunity to pursue their own anti-India agenda, Vishwesh Negi, Minister, Indian High Commission, London was quoted as saying by ANI.
Meanwhile, lakhs of farmers from across India are stationed in the Indian national capital to hold a peaceful protest against the three farm bills -- Farmers' Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2020, The Farmers (Empowerment and Protection) Agreement on Price Assurance and Farm Services Act, 2020, and The Essential Commodities (Amendment) Act, 2020-- enacted by the central government earlier this week.
