PM Modi chit-chatted with the nurse who administered the vaccine on him. Nurse P. Niveda told the media what he said. Talking to DD News she said "Sir (PM Modi) has been administered the first dose of Bharat Biotech's Covaxin, the second dose will be given in 28 days. He asked us where do we belong to & after vaccination he said, "Laga bhi di, pata hi nahi chala"
India has begun the second phase of the Vaccination drive in which people above 45 years of age with 20 comorbid conditions, including heart failure with hospital admission in the past one year, will be eligible to appear for Covid-19 vaccination under India's Covid-19 vaccination program which is set to enter its second phase on March 1.
In a heart-wrenching incident, a young woman named Ayesha Arif Khan died by suicide after jumping into Sabarmati. Before taking her life the woman made a video on her mobile saying that she is taking this step of her own free will and nobody has pressurised her for anything.
Ayesha had made a video on her mobile before committing suicide. Making a video, Ayesha said that she takes this step of her own free will. In the video, Ayesha conveyed the message to her father, "I am happy and I want to die in peace, I don't want to fight, I love Arif."
Several new rules have come into force from March 1 affecting the daily life of people. Under the new rules, the LPG Cylinder price has been increased by Rs 25 per cylinder from today. This is the 4th hike since February, which takes the cumulative hike to Rs 125 per cylinder now.
If you are in Delhi, you have to pay more for a domestic gas cylinder, which will now cost Rs 819. The 14.2 Kg gas cylinder will cost more in the national capital as the domestic oil companies have decided to raise the price by Rs 25.
SC Judges, Family Members To Get Vaccine Jabs Tomorrow
According to ANI, Supreme Court judges and their family members will be given their first jabs of COVID-19 vaccines on Tuesday. Union Health Ministry has denied reports claiming that judges will have the option of choosing between made Covishield and Covaxin vaccines. Issuing a clarification, Ministry also said that entire process will be conducted through Co-Win system.
