PM Modi To Address Yuva Shivir
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be addressing a 'Yuva Shivir' in Gujarat's Vadodara today at 10:30 am via video conferencing. The programme is being organised by the Shree Swaminarayan Temple, Kundaldham and Shree Swaminarayan Temple Karelibaug.
The Shivir aims to involve more youth in social service and towards nation building. It also aims to make the youth partners in building a new India through initiatives like Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat, Aatmanirbhar Bharat, Swachh Bharat etc, read the press release by the Prime Minister's Office.
EAM S Jaishankar To Take Part In BRICS Foreign Ministers Meeting
External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar will be taking part in BRICS Foreign Minister meeting today which is being hosted by China via video link. Besides Jaishankar, the meeting will be attended by South African Minister of International Relations and Cooperation Naledi Pandor, Brazilian Foreign Minister Carlos Franca and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and would be chaired by China's State Councillor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi, said Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin.
Supreme Court, Varanasi Mosque To Resume Hearing On Gyanvapi Mosque Case
Hearings in the Gyanvapi Mosque case by Supreme Court and Varanasi Court will be resumed today. On Tuesday, the Varanasi Court had dismissed Ajay Kumar Mishra as the court commissioner appointed for the survey of the Gyanvapi-Shringar Gauri complex while the remaining two commissioners were given two days of time to file the survey report.
The commission tasked with a videography survey of the Gyanvapi mosque complex, who were directed to submit their report on Tuesday, had sought additional time to submit the same.
