Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra To Enter UP On January 3
The Bharat Jodo Yatra is ready to reach Uttar Pradesh, and preparations for Rahul Gandhi's march are underway. According to officials of the Uttar Pradesh Congress, the march would enter the state on January 3 and go 120 kilometres before crossing into Haryana on January 5.
The yatra, which is now on a winter vacation, will begin on January 3 from the Hanuman Mandir in Delhi's Kashmere Gate and reach Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad around midday, according to AICC general secretary (communications) Jairam Ramesh. It will spend the night at Baghpat's Mavikala village.
According to party leaders, the yatra would pass via Shamli in Uttar Pradesh on January 4 and reach Haryana at Sanauli in Panipat on the evening of January 5. Congress members are working tirelessly to ensure the success of the yatra, which they believe would raise public awareness of the BJP government's "misrule" in Delhi and instil new vigour in the party's supporters.
