ABP News-CVoter Opinion Poll Results 2021 LIVE Updates: Voting in four states and Union Territory of Puducherry for total 824 assembly constituencies will be held in different phases between March 27 and April 29. There are 234 assembly seats in Tamil Nadu, 294 in West Bengal, 126 in Assam, 30 in Puducherry and 140 seats in Kerala. As per the Election Commission of India, adequate Central Armed Police Forces deployment will be ensured during elections in 5 states.

Puducherry Polls 2021

As per ABP News-CVoter survey, NDA alliance comprising AINRC, BJP & ADMK will beat Congress-DMK led UPA alliance in the Union Territory of Puducherry. NDA is projected to secure 16-20 seats with 45.4 per cent vote share while UPA is expected to secure 10-14 seats with 40.7 per cent votes.

Ruling Left Democratic Front (LDF) set to return to power in Kerala

In the 140-member assembly, Pinarayi Vijayan-led LDF government will win a simple majority in the Kerala Polls 2021. LDF will win somewhere between 77-85 seats. Meanwhile, Congress-led UDF might get restricted to 54-62 seats of the 140 seats - higher than its 2016 tally when it won 47 seats.



The survey suggests that BJP might fail to make any impact in the state as it finishes third with chances of securing 0-2 seats.

Tamil Nadu Assembly Polls 2021

As per our survey, NDA alliance (AIADMK, BJP And Others) is projected to secure 53-61 seats with about 30.6 per cent vote share while 161-169 seats have been predicted for UPA alliance which comprises (DMK, Congress and Others) with little over 43 per cent vote share.


Meanwhile, MNM is expected to win 2-6 seats, AMMK 1-5 and Others  3-7 with 7.0 per cent, 6.4 per cent and 12.3 per cent vote share respectively.

Tamil Nadu Polls 2021

ABP News along with C-Voter conducted a survey to predict the mood of voters in Tamil Nadu. Voters seem to be inclining towards DMK chief as over 40 per cent people prefer MK Stalin as the new chief Minister while 29.7 preferred Palaniswami. MK Stalin led Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) is expected to win in the upcoming Tamil Nadu assembly elections.

Assam Assembly Elections 2021

ABP News-CVoter's survey predicts that BJP or NDA government in Assam can be re-elected! In the Assam Assembly 2021 Polls, NDA is expected to get 64 to 72 seats out of total 126 seats. UPA will 52 to 60 seats, while others can get five to zero seats.

In Assam, both NDA and UPA see major gains in their vote % when compared to previous assembly polls. In the 2016 assembly polls, NDA got 41.9 % votes. As per our survey, this year, NDA will get 45.0 % votes in Assam -- gain of 3.1 % votes. Surprisingly, Others have emerged as the real game-changers in this year's elections and can win 27.1% votes in comparison to 12.8% votes they won in 2016 Assam polls. UPA wins 42.2 % votes in this year's elections.

WB Polls 2021: TMC set to be re-elected!

During the ABP-C Voter survey conducted in West Bengal, people were asked who they would vote for if elections were to be held today. About 43 % people said they will vote for TMC and 42 % believe that TMC will continue to rule in the state.

West Bengal Assembly Elections 2021: BJP set to give tough fight to TMC

In West Bengal 2021 elections, BJP is all set to give a tough fight to TMC, but still the ruling party in Bengal is ahead when it comes to vote sharing. According to the survey, TMC will get 150 to 166 seats. On the other hand, BJP is expected to get 98 to 114 seats. Congress-Left alliance can account for 23 to 31 seats, while 3 to 5 seats can be won by Others.

WB Polls 2021: Major blow to Congress-Left alliance

Congress-Left alliance deals with a major blow. Last time their aliance got 37.9 percent votes, this time it is estimated that they will get only 12.7 % vote -- a loss of -25.2 % votes. Other parties got 7 % votes in 2016 Assembly elections, this year it is being predicted that 'Others' will get 5 and a half % votes. 

West Bengal Polls 2021: Major gains for BJP

In the 2021 Assembly polls in West Bengal, BJP will witness major gains in their vote percentage. The saffron party will see a rise of 28.2 % in the vote percentage in 2021 polls, compared to 10.2 % in 2016 assembly polls. In 2016, TMC got 44.9 percent votes, and as per the survey it is estimated that this year their vote % can be reduced by one and a half percent to 43.4 percent.

Assembly elections in India are to be held in four states and one Union Territory this year. Last month, Election Commission of India announced the election dates of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Puducherry, West Bengal and Assam.


There are 234 assembly seats in Tamil Nadu, 294 in West Bengal, 126 in Assam, 30 in Puducherry and 140 seats in Kerala.


Voting in four states and Union Territory of Puducherry for total 824 assembly constituencies will be held in different phases between March 27 and April 29. The results will be declared on May 2. In West Bengal, voting will take place in eight phases and in three phases in Assam.


In the other three states, voting will be held on April 6 in a single phase. In West Bengal, votes will be cast in eight phases and in three phases in Assam. In the other three states, voting will be held on April 6 in a single phase.


As per the Election Commission of India, adequate Central Armed Police Forces deployment will be ensured during elections in 5 states. All critical, vulnerable polling stations identified and an adequate number of CAPFs will be deployed.
