Minister of Earth Sciences Kiren Rijiju highlighted the advantages of bamboo shoots on his Twitter timeline. The minister is seen in the 42-second video pulling off some bamboo shoots sent all the way from Arunachal Pradesh for his own usage. 

He captioned the video: "Fresh Bamboo shoots sent all the way from Arunachal Pradesh. Very healthy and precious so I am preparing myself. All the visitors who come to Arunachal Pradesh may please try some Bamboo shoot dishes".
