The complete list of 'India's Top 50 Restaurants 2023' features a diverse range of culinary delights, from traditional Indian to global fusion.

The top 50 restaurants in India for 2023 have been revealed by Condé Nast Traveller, a renowned travel magazine. Following a three-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this highly anticipated list features culinary treasures from across the country. Notably, Indian Accent in New Delhi has been named the best restaurant in India.

In this year's rankings, Goa's Bomras came in second, with Mumbai's Masque coming in third. Indian Accent in Delhi, which topped the list in 2017 and 2019, reasserted its culinary dominance.

Mumbai leads the regional distribution of top restaurants, with 12 entries on the list. Bengaluru comes in second with 11, followed by Delhi with 8, and Goa with 7, demonstrating the remarkable diversity and quality of Indian cuisine.

The top 50 restaurants were chosen through a meticulous process, according to the magazine. A panel of 100 jurors from various regions of India determined the rankings. The jury members, who included food writers, critics, creators, and tastemakers, voted privately. An independent auditor oversaw the entire process to ensure impartiality and regional diversity.
