This exquisite Goan dessert is meticulously crafted. Coconut milk, eggs, butter, and—most importantly—jaggery is used to prepare it. There are typically seven to sixteen layers in a traditional bebinca, but you can have as many as you like.
3. Pork Vindaloo:
This is arguably the most delicious and enduring Goan meal. Vinegar is denoted by "vin," whereas garlic is denoted by "ahlo," which is pronounced and written as "aloo." The beautiful crimson "masala," made of chillies, ginger, garlic, and cumin, is combined with vinegar-laced pork and simmered in a fiery red stew until flaky and delicate.
4. Goan Fish Fry:
Goan fish fry is a famous dish where the fish is marinated with spices and coated with rava. It is then shallow fried. The rava forms a crispy coating over the juicy and tender fish inside.
