1.Raw milk
2. Honey
3. Bran (grain husk separated from flour after milling)

To make a scrub, first, take a tablespoon of bran and add raw milk as needed. Add as much milk as required to thicken the mixture. Now add a teaspoon of honey to this paste and mix well to prepare the scrub. Your scrub is now ready to use.

How To Use The Scrub

• Clean the face and body properly before using the scrub. Use a face wash or cleanser for this.
• Now pat dry the face lightly with a clean towel.
• Now take the scrub in your hands and apply it to the face and neck area.
• Now massage the face and neck lightly with the help of hands and fingers in a circular motion.
• Now leave this scrub for five minutes and let it dry.
