So, get ready to twirl in this monsoon season. Get dressed, take your umbrellas and buckle up your seat belt because we have prepared a list of places you can visit in Delhi during this monsoon. 

  • Lodhi Art District: A housing colony built by the British, the Lodhi colony is well known for its iconic architecture. India’s first open-air art district where renowned street artists from across the world came together to create some masterpieces. St+art India, a non-profit organization is on a mission to make art accessible to one and all. These walls have been grabbing the eyes of not only national but international travellers. In fact, the First Lady of France, Brigitte Macron too visited the Art District. So don’t waste any time and visit this place to admire some amazing art of all times. But wait wait wait here’s a tip for you guys. Charge your phones and cameras and wear your comfy shoes because you will have to walk a lot in order to cover all the art pieces. 
  • Lodhi Gardens: A sprawling green garden located right in the heart of Delhi, Lodhi Gardens houses the mausoleums of two Delhi Sultanate rulers, Mohammed Shah and Sikander Lodhi. The impeccable architecture and natural beauty are a sight to behold. Spread over 90 acres of area, this 500-year-old architectural heritage is one of the prime attractions of Delhi. The tranquil ambience makes it a perfect picnic spot. In addition to the two mausoleums, you must also visit the Bara Gumbad (the big dome), The three-domed mosque located in the Bara Gumbad complex, Shish Gumbad (Glazed Dome), Athpula (Eight Pier Bridge), the lake, the glasshouse, and National Bonsai Park. Don’t forget to carry essentials which you might need because it might take a whole day to check out all these attractions.
  • Champa Gali: Delhi never fails to come up with cute little surprises every now and then. And with the newly established locale, Champa Gali, has surprised us yet again. This lane is gaining popular recognition not only for its scrumptious food cafés but also for its labyrinth setting This lane offers a rustic yet aesthetic charm and is filled with cafeterias, coffee shops, and organic knick-knack stores and art galleries. The once dilapidated area of Saidulajaib near Saket is now adorned with Lights, cultural décor, and fancy décor and is filled with people all the time.
