Parvathy and Nithya Menen Share Positive Pregnancy Test Pic, Raise Eyebrows

Chennai: Actors Parvathy Thiruvothy and Nithya Menon shared a social media post of pregnancy-positive test kits with the caption "So..The wonder begins" raising the eyebrows of social media users. After the post, many celebrities including Swara Bhaskar and Chinmayi Sripada commented on the posts. 

Some of them congratulated the actors while others questioned if they were "really" pregnant. However, a few others said that it was part of their next film's promotion.

Soon, actors Padmapriya, Archana Padmini, Sayanora Philip and Amrutha Subash also shared the photo of the positive pregnancy test kit clearing the air that they all are not pregnant but it's part of the film promotion. 

The next film of the power cast is directed by Anjali Menen and the film is titled "Wonder Women". The film shot in Kozhikode talks about the lives of pregnant women.

The film is in the post-production stage and the shooting has wrapped up. 

Actor Parvathy and Nithya were last seen together in a film also directed by Anjali Menen in 2014. The movie 'Bangalore Days' also had a star cast with actors including Fahadh Faasil, Nazriya Nazim Nivin Pauly and Dulquer Salman. 

Parvathy teamed up with Anjali again for Koode. 

On the professional front, Parvathy is acting with actors Vikram and Malavika Mohanan in Pa Ranjith's 'Thangalan' film. 

Nithya Menen last appeared in "Thiruchitrambalam" movie opposite Dhanush. 

She is also acting in the movie "Aaram Thirukalpana" and "The Iron Lady", a biopic on former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa. However, Iron lady is in the pre-production stages and the crew hasn't started the filming yet.
