Our Govt Ensuring Development In Karnataka: BJP President JP Nadda In Udupi

While stating that the responsibility of connecting the BJP further to the last man lies on people's shoulders, Nadda said, "I urge you all to work wholeheartedly for building the nation."

Months ahead of Assembly elections in Karnataka, BJP national president JP Nadda, who arrived in Udupi on Monday, said that the party in the State and Centre is leaving no stone unturned for ensuring development in Karnataka.

Nadda, who landed at the Adi Udupi helipad, was accorded a welcome by party leaders including BJP state president Nalin Kumar Kateel, CT Ravi, Lalaji Mendon and state minister S Angara. The BJP chief has addressed a public meeting at Byndoor in the district.

While stating that the responsibility of connecting the BJP further to the last man lies on people's shoulders, Nadda said, "I urge you all to go to the grassroots and work wholeheartedly for building the nation.

"Our exports in electronics manufacturing have been worth Rs 6 lakh crore today. Karnataka is playing a big role in boosting India's economy and is among the largest producers of Special Purpose Heavy Vehicles."

He further hailed the ruling BJP government in Karnataka for strengthening the education sector, health sector, extending further benefits to the Lingayat community, to name a few, which have been bringing positive impacts in the lives of the people.

Banners Welcoming JP Nadda Tore

The BJP Udupi district committee on Sunday lodged a complaint with the police, stating that some of the banners put up by them welcoming party national president J P Nadda to Udupi were found torn by miscreants.

Nadda is scheduled to visit Udupi on Monday to take part in party programmes to be held at MGM College grounds and later in Byndoor in the district.

Banners welcoming Nadda have been put up by the district BJP unit all over the city. Of these, the banners displayed at Bannanje have been torn by the miscreants, the complaint said.
