Chennai: A day after National Academy for Learning (NAFL) School in Rajajinagar received a bomb threat, the police found out that a minor student from another school sent the Bomb threat through email. The police also said that the student sent it to the NAFL school without knowing the consequences.

They also said that a report will be given to Juvenile Board for further inquiry.

According to ANI, Laxman B Nimbaragi, DCP West Bengaluru said, “A minor student from another school has sent the bomb threat email to the NAFL school without knowing the consequences. The report will be given to Juvenile Board for further inquiry.”

On Friday, NAFL School at Rajajinagar under Basaveshwar Nagar PS received a bomb threat during class hours. The school received a message saying that they have planted four sticks of dynamite and they will blow them up during lunch. The miscreant also addressed the message as "your favorite student".

Following this, the police rushed to the spot and ensured that the students were taken to a safe place.

At the same time, the police also registered a case and started the investigation. However, the bomb squad and the dog squad did not find any explosives on the campus and later declared it as a hoax threat.

On Thursday, Laxaman said, “Bomb threat received by NPS School, Rajajinagar under Basaveshwar Nagar PS. We've ensured students are taken to a safe place and bomb disposal and dog squad have reached the spot. Case to be registered and investigation is being done,”
