So far two terrorists have been killed, while three Jammu and Kashmir police officers and two Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawans Dhanawade Ravindra and Jaswant Singh lost their lives.

Jammu and Kashmir DGP S. P Vaid informed the media that the security forces of Army, CRPF and the state police Special Operations Group are trying to clear and evacuate everybody from those blocks, and in the process, have suffered some casualties, but added that the terrorists have been eliminated.
