But, daily consumption of too many eggs can be harmful to you. One should know the side effects and benefits of eating eggs daily.

Side-effects of eating eggs

A bacteria called salmonella is found in eggs. It comes from the chicken. If you don't boil eggs properly, these bacteria can penetrate your body and damage your health. The same case happens when eggs are not cooked properly. This can cause many problems like bloating, vomiting, and stomach-related issues. Eating too many eggs can result in adverse effects. Being a rich source of protein, consuming it in excessive amounts can negatively affect the kidneys.

Many people are allergic to eggs, so the use of eggs should be avoided. There are no side effects of eating a limited number of eggs. Consumption of 1-2 eggs per day may not cause any adverse effects. You should also monitor the ingredients eaten with eggs, what accompaniments to include. The fat and cholesterol found in eggs can harm heart health and increase the risk of prostate and colon or colorectal cancer, along with diabetes.

How many eggs to consume in a day?

According to Health Line, eating up to three eggs a day is enough to gain health benefits. Eating eggs provides omega-3 fatty acids and protein. It is okay to consume three eggs per day, rather than experiencing the dangerous side effects of eating too many eggs.
