Covishield, Covaxin Trial Participants Can Now Get Vaccination Certificate On Co-WIN

Covid-19 Vaccine Certificate: The government stated on Monday that participants can get vaccine certificates digitally through all CoWIN platforms

Covid-19 Vaccine Certificate: About 11,300 people participated in the Covishield and Covaxin trials, the first-ever vaccines permitted to be used against COVID in India. The government on Monday said that they can now get vaccine certificates digitally through CoWIN platform.

A release issued by the Press Information Bureau (PIB) said that the participants can download vaccine certificates through CoWIN portal, Arogya setu, Digilocker and Umang apps. The Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said that data of 11,349 such people has been provided by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR).

Health and Family Welfare Minister Mansukh Mandaviya tweeted: "This is a welcome step. Participants in Covishield and Covaxin trials will be issued digital Covid-19 vaccination certificate through Co-WIN. COVID-19 - The nation thanks them for their incredible commitment and contribution to vaccine research and treatment."

Users who search more than 1000 times a day for vaccine slots on CO-WIN will be blocked, only 50 OTP allowed to be generated
