But this lockdown may have a damaging impact on health and well-being. We all know that being sluggish is detrimental for the physical as well as mental health, so staying active during this difficult time is important.
A person who is physically active will be able to maintain stable blood pressure and cholesterol level which reduces the risk of heart disease and diabetes.
To make your immune system work effectively, physical activity is mandatory as it helps in flushing out the bacteria from the lungs and airways which subsequently increases white blood cell circulation and raises body temperature, all of which help the body fight infection.
