Drinking milk is considered very beneficial for health, but sometimes milk can cause liver and kidney problems. The main reason for this is the adulteration in milk. According to doctors, if adulterated milk or milk products are used for 2 consecutive years, it not only damages our intestine, liver, and kidney, but it increases the risk of many other diseases.

If you drink more milk than necessary, it can cause many problems in your body. Sometimes there can be a problem of flatulence, as well as gas. So consume milk in limited quantity. According to a study, daily consumption of milk and dairy products in elderly people can reduce the risk of weakness and sarcopenia. In this study, scientific research material from around the world has been reviewed on the contribution of dairy products to people's health and prevention of chronic and serious diseases (cardiovascular disease, cancer ).

There may be problems of restlessness, fatigue, and lethargy

Consuming dairy products in excess can sometimes cause nausea, restlessness, fatigue, and lethargy. These products contain A1 casein, which causes inflammation in the intestines and promotes bacteria. The primary treatment for milk allergy is to avoid milk and milk products. In most children, milk allergy goes away on its own with time. Children who have milk allergies for a long time may need to avoid milk products.
