Marvel's Spider-Man 2 Brings 4 New Suits For Free (Along With 4 Fan Favourites From The Previous Games)

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 brings four new suits created in collaboration with fashion designer Colm Dillane, aka KidSuper, and guest designers Vini Jr, Lando Norris, and Rina Sawayama.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 has just released a free update, adding eight new suits that feature exciting new designs alongside beloved legacy suits from previous games. Released on June 18, this update, version 1.003.000, also includes community feedback and stability improvements. For those unaware, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is a 2023 action-adventure game developed by Insomniac Games and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. It features Peter Parker and Miles Morales returning for an exciting new adventure in the critically acclaimed Marvel's Spider-Man franchise, exclusively for the PS5 console.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Update: New Suit Collaborations

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 features four new suits created in collaboration with fashion designer Colm Dillane, aka KidSuper, and guest designers Vini Jr, Lando Norris, and Rina Sawayama. Here’s a closer look at the new suits:

Metro Suit (Miles Morales)

Designed by KidSuper, this suit comes with additional variants: red on black, classic Spidey, and teal on purple.

Ginga Suit (Miles Morales)




Co-designed by Vini Jr. and KidSuper, this Ginga suit is inspired by Brazil and football. This suit features a sporty design for Miles Morales with a black, green, yellow, and blue colour scheme. It also includes additional styles: red on black, classic, and gold on white.

Fluro Suit (Peter Parker)




Co-designed by motorsports star Lando Norris and KidSuper, this suit reflects racing capturing the fast-paced essence with a design featuring a helmet and racing overalls, reminiscent of global circuits. The suit offers classic colours, white on black, and pink on blue.

Motorchic Suit (Peter Parker)




Co-designed by singer, actress, and model Rina Sawayama alongside KidSuper, the Motorchic suit brings a bold, motorbike-inspired look to Peter Parker's wardrobe. Crafted in leather, it offers a unique and edgy design in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. The suit also features variants in classic colours, black, and gold.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Update: Returning Fan-Favourites

The latest update also adds four favourite legacy suits from Marvel’s Spider-Man and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales to the game. Responding to community feedback, these four suits have been adapted for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, with two available for Peter and two for Miles. 

Last Stand Suit (Peter Parker)




The Last Stand suit, featuring a red leather jacket, is said to be a highly requested fan favorite making its debut in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. Updated with unique suit styles, it now includes classic, full black, and Arachno-Man-inspired yellow and green variants.

Into The Spider-Verse Suit (Peter Parker)




Inspired by Peter B. Parker’s appearance in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, this iconic suit brings a Spider-Verse flair to Peter Parker’s wardrobe. 

Animated Suit (Miles Morales)




Reminiscent of classic cartoons and comics, this suit brings an animated flair to Miles’ wardrobe.

Uptown Pride Suit (Miles Morales)




This suit features gold trim and is a beloved favorite from Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, now making its debut in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. This time, the suit includes additional colour options: silver trim, black on red, and blue on pink.

Game Improvements

In addition to the new suits, the update brings stability fixes and addresses player feedback. Notable changes include the option to switch between parry and traversal abilities from the Symbiote to Spider Arms, and vice versa.
