TV actress Urfi Javed announced a change of name on her official social media handle. The actress announced a change in spelling from the first name 'Urfi' to  'Uorfi'. For the unaware, Urfi Javed already uses that spelling for her Instagram handle but has now made it official. Urfi Javed will now be spelled as Uorfi Javed.

Uorfi shared the announcement through an Instagram story in which she wrote, " Hi guys, so I've officially changed my Uorfi, it'll be pronounced the same as Urfi! Just the spelling change. Just want everyone to be mindful while while writing my name now so that even I'm mindful ( keep forgetting at times) Thanku, love Uorfi"

Uorfi is known for her 'bizarre fashion sense' and for making fashion statements that challenge the 'fashion police' as she repeatedly states. In her latest pics, Uorfi shared a picture of herself in an outfit made of a sack that took the internet by a storm.

In another picture that Uorfi shared on Instagram on Tuesday, we see her posing in a translucent bikini with blue pants and matching earrings. Uorfi tied her hair up in a ponytail and captioned it, "An apple a day will keep anyone away if you throw if hard enough !"

The 24-year old hails from Lucknow and made her debut on TV with Sony TV's 'Bade Bhaiyya Ki Dulhania' as Avni Pant.
