Tunisha Sharma's Mother Alleges Sheezan Khan Used The Actress, Backed Out After Promising Marriage

Television actress Tunisha Sharma allegedly died by suicide on December 24 and her co-actor Sheezan Khan was arrested under section 306 of IPC for abetment of suicide.

New Delhi: Television actress Tunisha Sharma allegedly died by suicide on December 24 and her co-actor Sheezan Khan was arrested under section 306 of IPC for abetment of suicide. According to police both of them were in a relationship and broke up 15 days back.

In a video message Tunisha's mother Vanita Sharma, who had registered a complaint against Sheezan, alleged that Sheezan had promised to marry the actress, but then broke up with her. "Despite being involved with another woman, he continued a relationship with Tunisha. He used her for three-four months. I just want to say that Sheezan should be punished, he should not be spared. I have lost my child," Vanita said in the video.

Earlier Tunisha’s uncle Pawan Sharma had also alleged that Sheezan was in touch with several girls while he was in a relationship with her.

"We cannot believe that Tunisha is no more. She used to live with her mother in the Indraprastha building on Mira Road. She used to look after everything. I have full faith in the police. Whoever is the accused should be punished," Pawan Sharma told ANI.

"Even after being in a relationship with Tunisha and living together, Sheezan used to keep in touch with many girls. This left Tunisha stressed and in depression. On December 16, Tunisha came to know that Sheezan was cheating on her and after this, she had an anxiety attack. Tunisha's mother also spoke to Sheezan and asked him why he came so close and then left Tunisha suddenly when he was not serious. This was not right," he added.

Tunisha’s maternal uncle, Sanjeev Kaushal spoke to Times of India and revealed that the actress suffered a panic attack recently.

“She had a panic attack five-six days ago and visited a doctor. She told the doctor ki uske saath dhokha hua hai aur usko use kiya hai. She had also shared this episode with her mother and her house help, who has been with them for the past one-and-a-half year,” he told Times of India.

He also said that her mother, used to go with her daughter to the shoot but didn’t go on that day. “Tunisha’s mother is in deep shock. Even though she wasn’t in a state, we went to the police station last night to submit our statements. We are not fine; we are in shock that she isn’t with us anymore. We can’t think of anything or focus on what anybody’s saying,” he told Times of India.

The Waliv Police on Sunday said the post-mortem reports of the actor have specified 'hanging' as the cause of death.

Tunisha Sharma's last rites will be performed on December 27 in Mira road area.
