'Taarak Mehta...' Actress Monika Bhadoriya Quits The Show After 6 Years!

TV actress Monika Bhadoriya, who is known for playing Baga's love-interest Bawri in SAB TV's 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah', has bid goodbye to the top-rated show.

SAB TV's long-running show 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah', featuring Dilip Joshi as 'Jethalal', is going great on TRP charts and has completed eleven years in July this year. However, various actors have been quitting the much-loved show since last few years. Disha Vakani, who is fondly known as 'Dayaben', is on a maternity break from the show after giving birth to a baby girl in November 2017 and there's no clarity on comeback till now. After Nidhi Bhanushali aka 'Sonu', who quit the show earlier this year, another actress is exiting 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah'.
Actress Monika Bhadoriya who is playing the role of 'Bawri' in 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' since last six years has decided to bid adieu to the show. Speaking about the same, a source told SpotboyE that, "Monika was unhappy with her pay scale and demanded a hike to the makers. However, after a lot of discussion, things didn't work out between both the parties and hence Monika decided to opt out."

Monika Bhadoriya, who made her TV debut with 'Taarak Mehta...' too has confirmed her exit from the show. Speaking about the same, she told SpotboyE that, "Yes, I have left the show but I don't want to talk about it." She further added, "The show and the character are definitely close to my heart. I was looking for a better pay scale but they didn't agree to it. However, I have no qualms as professionally they relieved me. In fact, I don't mind coming back to the show if they agree to pay what I asked for. But I don't think it’s happening so yes, I am no longer a part of the show." 'Taarak Mehta...' viewers used to love their fun chemistry and are going to miss 'Bawri'.
On a related note, 11-year-old 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' is still one of the most loved and top-rated shows on Indian Television. While viewers are still waiting for Disha Vakani's comeback, actress Priya Ahuja too is set to take maternity leave. The actress, who is known for playing 'Rita Reporter' in 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah', is expecting her first child with husband & Gujarati director Malav Rajda.
