Chandrashekhar Vaidya has appeared in some 112 films since his 1954 in 'Aurat Teri Yehi Kahani'. His first film as hero was Surang (1953) produced by V. Shantaram. He was also a part of films like 'Sharaabi', 'Basant Bahar' (1956) & 'Kati Patang' (1971) among others.
