Indian Idol 10's Ankush Bhardwaj undergoes eye surgery! Was recently seen in 'The Kapil Sharma Show'

Just a week ago Ankush, the Indian Idol 10 contestant and first runner up made an appearance on 'The Kapil Sharma Show' along with winner Salman Ali and finalist Nitin Kumar. The trio entertained audience with their fantastic singing skills on the comedy show hosted by Kapil Sharma. However a sad news comes for the 'Indian Idol' fans.

 The good looking Ankush Bhardwaj underwent eye surgery a few days ago and his picture from the surgery at hospital is currently being circulated by the fans, sending their get well soon wishes for the singer.

Ankush had taken to Instagram and posted a message for fans announcing his eye operation and informing the followers that he won't be available on social media for a few days to follow.

He wrote - "hey everyone..i'll not be active on social media for few days as i am going for my eye surgery... On my behalf i am sure my Insta family will take care of everything.. See you soon guys. Take care[waving goodbye emoji]".

He captioned the post - "I know your love and prayers are always with me...???? See you soon.."

He was operated upon at Ojas Eye Hospital and by Dr. Niteen Dedhia as he informs in his Instagram post. And the pictures that surfaced online from the hospital are supposedly post surgery that was successful.

According to a report on India-Forum, Ankush was suffering from an ailment that threatens his eyesight since he was six years old. They consulted a few doctors in Shimla but they failed to guide him. He once got tired of wearing glasses and underwent surgery in Chandigarh but it was of no use. Even his mother wished that she dies early then her pledged eyes would be given to him, but obviously Ankush doesn't want this. He was always confident that medical science will soon come up with a cure for his ailment. And it seems that his wish has come true.
