While Taher's casting is not yet confirmed, Rohan Shah on the other hand confirmed being a part of 'Hacked' and told BollywoodLife, "I'm really excited to play this character. I have never played such a role or seen such an intense character on screen in a long time. My character is primarily the reason behind all the twists in the film, so it's like a dream come true for an actor." On sharing screen-space with the 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' actress, Rohan further said, "I've just met her for one reading. I haven't had a chance to interact with her or seen her work. But I know her since she is a big name in the TV industry."
