The cast of 'Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin wil shoot for the fresh episodes in Goa as the shooting for all TV shows has been stopped in Maharashtra.
The shooting for all TV shows, films and ads have been stopped till May 1, 7am in Maharashtra. The leading GECs have decided to take the cast and crew of their popular shows to different locations to continue the shoot amid the curfew in Maharashtra. Speculations were rife that the makers of ‘Ghum Hain Kisikey Pyaar Meiin’ will shoot for the new episodes in Goa.
Neil Bhatt, who plays the role of Virat in the hit Star Plus show, has confirmed the rumours. The talented actor shared a picture with his co-stars from the Mumbai airport. The cast and crew of ‘Ghum Hain Kisikey Pyaar Meiin’ will jet off to Goa to shoot for the upcoming episodes.
Neil posted a photo wherein he can be seen posing with Aishwarya Sharma, Ayesha Singh and other co-stars. The cast sported face masks as a precautionary measure against COVID-19.
“Off to #goa. Team #ghumhaikisikeypyaarmeiin Going the distance to entertain you all as always. see you on your screens,” Bhatt wrote. The ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ actor mentioned that the team is going to Goa to entertain the viewers amid the COVId-19 crisis.
‘Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin’ stars Neil Bhatt, Aishwarya Sharma and Ayesha Singh in lead roles. The show, which was launched in October 2020, has emerged as one of the most popular daily soaps in recent times.
Yesterday, the cast of ‘Kundali Bhagya’ also travelled to Goa to continue the shoot for new episodes. Ekta Kapoor has decided to shoot for her shows like ‘Kumkum Bhagya’, ‘Molkki’ and ‘Yeh Hai Chahatein’ in Goa.
Some GECs might air repeat telecasts of their popular shows while others have opted to maintain the steady flow of content by shooting in different locations.
Non-fiction shows like ‘Dance Deewane 3’, ‘Indian Idol 12’ and ‘Super Dancer Chapter 4’ have an episode bank for a week. It remains to be seen how the makers deal with the crisis.
